Q: Who should attend — do I have to be an Esker customer?

Esker All Access 2026 is for any business professional eager to bring new levels of AI-driven efficiency to their Finance, Procurement, and/or Customer Service teams and processes, all while supporting the Office of the CFO. The event is designed so that Esker customers, certified partners and interested prospects alike can all benefit from a wide range of networking opportunities, best practices and expert insight from influential people and businesses.

Q: What is the cost and what’s included?

The registration cost for Esker All Access 2026 is $899. Hotel and airfare are not covered in the conference fee. Payments will be accepted by MasterCard, Visa or American Express (we are unable to accept Discover or Diners Club cards at this time). Credit card payments can be processed online using the online registration form. 

Your paid pass to Esker All Access 2026 includes:

• Tuesday evening’s welcome reception at Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel

• General session and breakout tracks

• User Group meeting on Friday morning

• Session materials for all attended sessions

• Access to Sponsor Showcase

• Breakfast, lunch and snacks/refreshments

• Wednesday night party

Q: Where is the event and where do I stay?

Esker All Access 2026 will be held at the Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel in Rosemont, IL, which is just minutes from the Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD). There is a room block available to book until August 17, 2026.

Q: How do I get from the airport to the conference?

A complimentary shuttle from ORD is available to guests staying at Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel, leaving every 15 minutes. For more information and driving directions, please refer to the Venue page.

Q: When is the last day I can register?

Registrations will be accepted until August 15, 2026.

Q: What should I wear? 

Please dress comfortably and casually for all events, keeping in mind that layers work best for meetings, where room temperatures often fluctuate.

Q: What is the cancellation and substitution policy?  

Cancellations received by August 15, 2026, are eligible for a full refund. Regrettably, no refunds will be given on cancellations received after August 15, 2026. Hotel cancellation policies apply for room cancellations. 

There is no charge for name change substitutions within your organization. Please email your substitution requests to eaaconference@esker.com no later than August 15, 2026. If any circumstance beyond the control of Esker causes the cancellation of the event, Esker agrees to refund the registration fee for which Esker is reimbursed by insurance or any other third party and shall not be liable for any of the refund or payment arising from the cancellation or for other liabilities or damages arising from the event. No refunds shall be provided for canceled entertainment or outings due to inclement weather.

To register for the User Group meetings, simply check the "yes" box for the User Group meetings during the registration process, and you’re all set! Additional information will be provided in 2026.
