Customer Service Benchmark Council

The Customer Service Benchmark Council (CSBC) is a valuable opportunity for Esker users to come together and share ideas on how to achieve the highest levels of success in order management. User-driven discussions help attendees plan future enhancements and capitalize on capabilities they may not yet utilize. This event will be hosted at Medtronic's beautiful headquarters in Minneapolis, MN, on October 16th (8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. + dinner/evening event) and October 17 (9 a.m. - 1 p.m.).

The CSBC event will be held at Medtronic, and we have a room block reserved at the Radisson Hotel Minneapolis/St. Paul North. The hotel will assist with transportation to the meeting at Medtronic for those without cars.
