Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel provides 24-hour complimentary shuttle service to and from ORD, leaving every 15 minutes. Pickup for all flights is located at Terminal 2, on the lower level for arrivals, in the middle lane between doors 2A and 2E. Exits to the shuttle pickup are located by baggage claim.

A ride from ORD to Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel is approximately $20 one way. Rideshare vehicle pickup locations for all terminals are located in Terminal 2 Upper-Level Curbside. Terminal 5: Black car pickups are on the Lower Level of Terminal 5 (5B).

ORD offers a variety of options for vehicle rentals. Travelers should take the Airport System to the Multi-Modal Facility (MMF) to the car rental desk to pick up a vehicle. The MMF’s address is: 10255 W. Zemke Blvd.
